Help! Unable to Sign In on Laptop and Desktop – "Something Went Wrong" or "Too Many Requests" Error

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue signing into my Microsoft account on two of my devices: a laptop and a desktop PC. Whenever I try to log in on either device, I receive an error message saying either "Something went wrong" or "Too many requests", and I am unable to access my email.

However, I can still sign in and use my email account without any problems on my phone and some other devices. The issue seems to be specific to the laptop and desktop.

This is causing a major inconvenience, especially because I need to use my email regularly on my laptop for work purposes.

Could someone please help me resolve this issue? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
