Hi @Andreas Baumgarten the model of printer is Brother MFC-J4620DW Printer Firmware T2003051825 Driver Version: 10.0.19041.1
Printer ONLY prints landscape style.
I have purchased a new Acer Nitro N50 computer and no matter what I put the settings for printing it will only print in landscape. I have uninstalled and downloaded the printer drivers at least 5 times, tried a clean install of Windows 10 home, made sure I have all the latest Windows updates. Still printing in landscape only. At this point I am thinking of getting rid of Windows all together and getting Linux instead.

There are two places could set printer orientation under printer properties. Have you verified both?- Print Default
Print properties-->Advanced-->Print-Defauts--->layout - Print reference
Print properties-->General-->Preferences--->layout
Also do all printing software have this problem just like using Word, the browser?

I know you have tried installed new printer driver, reinstalled system and update to the latest version, so is it a matter of setting itself, such as the paper size.
If we try to connect this printer to another device it works fine.
Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
Best Regards,
Carl - Print Default
