I have been using Visual Studio Community 2017 version for some time now without any issue. But today it stopped connecting to my Azure DevOps connection. I tried serveral things but no luck. Next I tried to repair Visual Studio but no help either. Next I uninstalled it and re-installed it and it made it even worse.

Now it does not even open Visual Studio. It gives me following error:

Could not start visual studio due to an error. StreamJsonRpc.RemoteInvocationException: request locate failed with message: Hub host 'desktioClr.x86', PID: 21404 exited. code: '3221225701'

I would appreciate it if anyone can help.
