Please confirm if you are referring to the email forwarding feature, which allows emails to be forwarded to another email address.
If so, and you are using a Microsoft domain email, please log in to Outlook.live.com on your computer.
Click the gear icon in the top right corner to enter the settings page. Under the Mail tab, you can enable forwarding on the "Forwarding and IMAP" page.
If you have a different situation, please describe your needs in detail.
