Thank you for your feedback. I understand that you are unable to access your NetSpace mailbox in the new Outlook.
Have you tried reconfiguring your email account?
Are you currently experiencing an error when logging in or using your account? Do you have a screenshot of the error to help us understand the issue in detail?
During previous testing, if the incoming server parameters were correct, but the transfer server was incorrect, the account could be successfully configured, but would not be able to send emails, and if it did, it would cause the account to log out and report an error. For this reason, it is also highly recommended that you check your account configuration by referring to the relevant server parameters provided by your email provider.
