=================
Hello,

we have the problem that SAP B1 ERP Software is used for "delivery document paper printing"
It takes serveral hours becauese every PDF Document File is approx 2-10 Megabyte big.
It is 100 KB if we create 1  pdf   via SAP Client on a local Win10 Maschine.
If we print via Terminalserver + shared OKI Printer it is approx 2-10 Megabyte.

do you have a troubleshouting Idea about this?
thx in advance!

    Welcome to our new Microsoft Q&A Platform.

    Hi,

    Based on your description, question is mainly about delay/slow printing job when using SAP B1 ERP Software. If possible, I recommend we to contact the product’s supporter and official website, and confirm with them about the details.

    In general, in order to improve the printing speed, please check below suggestion:

    1. Check/download printer driver from printer’s manufacture’s website. Then, manually install appropriate driver on current OS.
    2. Make sure that your current OS has enough available resources, such as RAM, network, disk.

    You did not mention that per delivery note a pdf is created witch is 2-10mb
    Which pdf creation software is used
    Does your delivery note has lot of barcodes/q.r.code in it,
    Are you printing multiple copies of same delivery note for the sake of multiple copies of them having copy marks original/transport copy/office copy/acknowledgement etc.

    All these things need to be analysed and remove the redundancies.

    Please call on +91 9822610809 to discuss on this
