I lost my Outlook-2021 contacts when the new Outlook was installed.
I lost access to my Outlook-2021 contacts when the new Outlook was installed. The new Outlook was installed by Microsoft, automatically. There is no way to import my contacts from Outlook-2021.

I no longer have the "old" Outlook-2021 to use to create an export file(CSV). The Microsoft directions on the help screen say to use the "toggle switch" to select the "old" version; the switch does not work...
So, I have an old copy of Outlook 2010 and a license for Outlook 2021. I'm going to try an installation of each and see what happens. If this works, I'll export the contacts to a CSV file so the te new Outlook can import this format.
What a mess...
