I am using on PC with Windows 10 Office 2013 Standard 32-bit installed with MAC-key and without singing-in into MS-account:
I'd like to install on the PC Access. The desired version - is 2019, and i'd prefer to purchase Access 2019 CSP (SKU DG7GMGF0F4LZ:0003).
I'd like to clarify - is this type of Access product compatible with installed the Office 2013?
Will both products work correctly?
Maybe i can download the distributive of Access 2019 CSP before buying to test the compatibility?
In this case, how can i download it?
If Access 2019 CSP and Office 2013 Standard are incompatible, which version of Access should I choose to install the DBMS on my PC? At the same time, it is desirable to minimize the cost of the Access license (the DBMS will be used as a commercial product, not for educational or government purposes).

According to your description, your Office 2013 uses MSI installation technology, while Office 2019 generally uses Click-to-Run installation technology. And the version number of Office 2013 is 15, and Office 2019 is 16.
Based on Offcial article, you could install together two products of different versions that use different installation technologies. For more information, you could refer to Supported scenarios for installing different versions of Office, Project, and Visio on the same computer. This also applies to Access and other Office products.
And I had a test on Win 10 with Office Pro Plus 2013(32-bit), which is similar to Office Standard 2013 using MSI, and I installed Access 2019 successfully.

allsoft.ru - is a retail depertment of Gold MS Partner and LAR - Softline (i'm from Russia and plan to use software in Russia).
Could you please specify, when you installed Access 2019 uses Click-to-Run installation technology, where did you get the distribution kit?
The Access 2019 CSP license (SKU DG7GMGF0F4LZ: 0003) is also using Click-to-Run technology for installation? Any information about it?
Or if it's not the Click-to-Run technology, then it's MSI installation technology - so I'll get the compatibility anyway? Tertium non datur?
I called the MS technical support hotline in Russia (both on the line for home clients and on the corporate line) - they could not answer anything about the distribution kit and advised me to write here.
