    • Are you using Microsoft 365ora Business account(@xxx.onmicrosoft.com/@domain.com)?
    • Or using Microsoft personal account type such as Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com etc?
    • Have you tried to sign in Outlook Web via different browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefoxetc?
    • Have you also tried to sign in Outlook Web with InPrivate/Incognitomode through browsers if getting the same case?
    • Have you tried with different network environment such as other Wifi, Internet, 5G/4G hotspot etc?
    • If this case only exists on one specific device? Have you tried on different PCs?
    • Have you checked with other users in the same organization if getting the same case?

    For my suggestion, you may clean up the browser cache/reset browser to check again. You may also try to sign in Microsoft 365 homepage or other sites if there is any difference.
