How do I share Busy of a secondary calendar with My Organization

On Outlook, I have my primary calendar and several secondary calendars. The secondary calendars are not imported from anywhere else; they were directly created in Outlook, and all have many events, which are set to show time as Busy. Members of my organization can see my Busy status only for events on my primary calendar, but not on my other calendars.

I saw instructions at

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/how-can-i-get-my-calendar-to-show-busy-as-the/7a019fbf-3d46-4715-a71d-93031715320b#:~:text=If%20you%20want%20to%20control%20how%20others,view%20when%20I%27m%20busy%E2%80%9D%20or%20%E2%80%9CFree/Busy%20time.%E2%80%9D

but I think these are designed for the primary calendar, not a secondary calendar.

I tried selecting a secondary calendar's Properties, Permissions, so that I could let people in My Organization view the busy status. But the listbox control is blank, with no My Organization entry. When I click the Add... button, I can't see how to add My Organization.

I also cannot see how to do this in the web app. A solution in either Classic Outlook for windows or the web app would be helpful.

Thanks

    Hi Diane,

I know I can share free/busy on secondary calendars using Outlook on the web. But can I share free/busy on secondary calendars with My Organization? If so, please tell me how.

    Thanks,
    Dave

You can share free/busy on secondary calendars but need to do it in Outlook on the web or new outlook, not classic.

Are you sharing it from Outlook on the web? You can choose the permissions there

    https://outlook.office.com/mail/options/calendar/SharedCalendars

Add the address and share then change the permissions at the bottom.
