Windows 10-21H1 and Task "Missed task started" Event ID 114

Question

Dell Laptop 5515 (AMD) with brand new Windows 10 Install. Note this laptop has "Standby (S0 Low Power Idle) Network Connected"

• Created a new simple task but computer does not wake up at predetermined time to run.
• I can see this on several tasks but I need this to work for a Windows Server Essentials backup (which also fails)
• Task will run if task flag is set to run the task as soon as possible once computer lid is opened.
• Task is set to wake up computer to run.

Laptop is set to sleep after x minutes but S0 is obviously working in the background when looing at event logs!

2.Could you please enter winver in command prompt on win10 computer and server essentials then look the os version and os version number ?[for example windows 10 enterprise 1809 (os build 17763.316)]

How can set my laptop to this mode"Standby (S0 Low Power Idle) Network Connected"?

4.If create temp folder in c disk on issue PC and run powercfg.exe /SleepStudy in CMD, Is there anything related to our issue?

.I think server essentials client backup support sleep or hibernate mode to back it up but I not sure it support "Standby (S0 Low Power Idle) Network Connected" mode. So we have "Task will run if task flag is set to run the task as soon as possible once computer lid is opened." this symptom.

"When you’re ready to make your PC sleep, just press the power button on your desktop, tablet, or laptop, or close your laptop’s lid." I think it support your client backup.

The temporary task I created above does not wake up at required time nor does the server 2012 Essentials client backup task.

Windows 10 - Version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1083), Server 2012 - 6.2 (Build 9200)

Will try and upload power report but I don't see anything unusual.

Note I am Server 2012 but all other computers back up successfully ie wake up. This has to be specific to this laptop only.
