Partitions were wiped in SSD, now is stuck in EFI Shell; How can I reload Win10?

Win10 bluescreened, so I attempted to reload the OS but due to my inexperience I inadvertently wiped the SSD drive partitions and now it only boots to an EFI shell. I have attempted to reload via USB -but it only shows a blank screen when powering up. I have the ability to go into the bios and configure it.
I believe it will boot from lan as it acts such waiting for IPV4 or IPV6 boot up. Ideas on how to make that work?

After you wiped the SSD drive partitions, I think your Windows 10 system has been wiped out at the same time, so the first thing is reinstall Windows.
Which method do you like to reinstall?
PXE boot and install on Ethernet.
Boot in USB installation drive and install system in WinPE.
If you want to use network setup such as WDS, your current bios settings is correct, the first boot order is boot from lan, inset the network cable, press F8, then enter your credential to install.
If you want to install system via installation media, you need to change the first boot order as USB drive, then use a bootable USB installation disc for system installation.

Unfortunately I can't boot from USB or external drive -display just goes blank and does nothing. I will try WDS and/or PXE boot to see if I can get that to work from the LAN port.

    Thank you for your information.
