I have gone through live chat twice

    Hello Lucyann,

Thank you for posting this issue on community forum.

As you've already filled out the recovery form, I want to let you know that if the information you provided was correct, you should receive an email with a password reset link via your recovery email within 24 hours.

However, if the information entered was insufficient, you will receive an email within the same timeframe stating that the details provided were not enough to verify your account. This doesn't necessarily mean all the information was incorrect just that some of it might not match Microsoft's records.

In this case, I recommend filling out the recovery form again and ensuring that all details are as accurate as possible. This will improve your chances of successfully regaining access to your account. Here’s the link to the Microsoft Account Recovery Form: https://account.live.com/acsr?cx=1. Please note that you can fill out the form up to two times within a 24-hour period.

I’ve provided the link below, which contains all the necessary information to complete the recovery form:

If I have misunderstood your situation, please don't hesitate to clarify, and I will adjust my recommendations accordingly.

    Appreciate your understanding and patience.

    Sincerely,
