What happened to Procmon?

I used to use it all the time to help diagnose issues. Recently I have ran the newest version on a couple of our computers and if I go to "Count Occurrences" and choose "Results", it will take 2-4 days to populate the list. Older versions took 3-5 seconds.
Anyone know why this might be?
