I found a bunch of entries in the system eventlog of one server that reports an error of the Microsoft-Windows-FailoverClustering-Client provider. These entries look like:

Machinename : XXX

Level : Error
Providername: Microsoft-Windows-FailoverClustering-Client

Message :

    Hi Johannes,
Do you have any third party software in your envrionment?Any software that have a feature involving the cloud, or clustering could be the cause. For root analysis and better solution I would suggest that you try a Microsoft Support ticket. If the issue has been proved as system flaw, the consulting fee would be refund. You may find phone number for your region accordingly from the link below.

    Thanks for your time.
    Best regards,
