AppV Sequencer file path too long

When sequencing an application on my VM, I get an error:
Microsoft Application Virtualization (App-V) Sequencer
'The specific path, file name, or both are too long. The fully qualified file name must be less than 260 characters, and the directory name must be less than 248 characters'

This errors appears after installing my sequenced application and selecting 'I am finished installing'.

I have tried installing the software to the root of C: instead of within program files to reduce the file path but this did not resolve, has anyone seen this before or have any suggestions?

    Hi Rhodri,
