There are settings that we need to configure to resolve this concern. Having said that, kindly follow the steps below:
Right-click on Start menu.
Go to Control Panel.
Click on Hardware and Sound.
Select Power Options.
If you are using Under Balanced (recommended), click on Change plan settings. Note: Steps also applies to High performance.
Choose Change advanced power settings.
Under Sleep, click on Allow hybrid sleep and then turn it on.
Once done, go to Hibernate after and then set it to Never.
Click on Apply.
Select OK.
Once done, kindly check if you will still experience the same issue.
