When opening an Excel document that links to ADO tickets, the following error occurs "Excel is running into problems with the 'tfcofficeshim.connect.16' add-in. If this keeps happening, disable this add-in and check for available updates. Do you want to disable it now?".
It appears that no updates are available. When No is selected, the document stops loading then disappears. This add-in must work to Refresh the data via the Teams tab.
