Can I delete my Azure AD Domain Service if it is named - [mydomain].conmocrosoft.com

Question

I want to create a virtual machine in Azure that allows uses to connect using the AAD account. I added an Azure AD Domain Service using the native domain name of my O365 tenant, [mydomain].onmicrosoft.com. Now i need to delete the Azure AD Domain Service. If I delete it, will it cause an issue with my O365 tenant?
