Yes, this is technically possible. The question back to you is how should ConfigMgr differentiate between a laptop and a VDI session as it doesn't inherently have this knowledge? Once you can answer that, you can easily add a global condition that detects this and then use that global condition as a prerequisite for the deployment type within the application.
User based deployment
Hi all,
Through SCCM User based deployment , is it possible to install application only to laptop not to VDI's ( means if same user logged into both Laptop and VDI) , the application should only get installed only to laptop not to VDI. Any condition we can set or any other clue pls.
