I am having problems acessing the site?

When I attempt to access the OneNote site I get a box of purple with a few words typed on it not of it usable

    Could you provide the screenshot about your problem?
    Did the Notebook contain password to open?
    I suggest you check the account to sign in the OneNote site, try to change the account and check the result.
