Can I set the default paste in OneNote as "Keep Text Only"?

Hello,

I am trying to set the default paste action to to strip the formatting of the original text so I don't have to "Right Click > Keep Text Only" every time.  I seem to remember there being a way to do this before, but I've looked and I've looked and I just can't find it.

Can anyone tell me where I can find an option for this?

Thank you.

When you go to OneNote press CTRL+V to paste the text and you'll see the little clipboard appear next to the pasted text.  Select "Keep Text Only" and then click "Set as Default Paste" (you might have to click the clipboard a second time to get that to appear).

See if it is activated:  Menu > File > Options > Advanced > Editing > "Show Paste Options button when content is pasted" is Checked.

When pasting, you can also right-click and select Paste Options "Keep Text Only"

    Thanks

Unfortunately this doesn't work for me with OneNote 2010.

    Anybody any other suggestion?

    Cheers

Beautiful, that did it.  Sometimes hours of searching through preferences and Google results just doesn't cut it.  Thank you very much.
