cannot recieve email

Question

I have an outlook account I have used for years and yesterday it stopped receiving emails. I can still send from that email but no new emails for 2 days now and everyone is wonder why I am not responding. Can this be fixed? why don't new emails show up?

If an account access problem then also try resetting via the account recovery form
