hasp hl 3-5 driver for windows 10 arm

Question

I use dongles for a software that I planned to install on a MAC M1 with parallel desktop.
I can't find a driver for HASP HL 3.5 that works for this type of configuration.

Please note: Mac doesn’t belong to a Microsoft product, if you want to use app on a Mac, you’d better ask for help from Apple support directly, even though you install Win10 on it.
From Windows side, there are some limitations when you run a Windows 10 ARM-based PC:

1. Drivers for hardware, games and apps will only work if they're designed for a Windows 10 ARM-based PC. For more info, check with the hardware manufacturer or the organization that developed the driver.
2. 64-bit (x64) apps won’t work.
