Certification - Microsoft Certification ID Merge

Monika Wojdasova 21 Reputation points

Dear Support Team,

I have recently taken a Microsoft certification and have received an email with MCID and a temporary access code to access and download my certificate and transcript.
However, the MCID is different from my original Microsoft ID and after I log in to my Microsoft account, there are no certificates available due to the ID being different.

On the support it is stated to request a Merge of the MCIDs. (The local Microsoft Regional Service Center can merge the two MC)

Could you please advise, how to merge the MCID?

Thank you.

Kind regards,

Monika Wojdasova
