IOS: Auto keyboard pop up is disable with latest update RD client

While trying to RD my system, with latest updated RD client applications seems auto key board is disable and it is not allowed to type anything

Do you mean you cannot use onscreen keyboard with latest Microsoft Remote desktop client for iOS?

If so, there is no official document announcing that the onscreen keyboard is disabled in the latest version of remote desktop client for iOS。

There should be some keyboard redirection issue on your phone when using the RD client.

Please kindly help to try below troubleshooting methods:

1. Check if you have really installed the latest version. The officially latest update is 10.3.1.
2. Uninstall and reinstall the RD client to see if the issue could be resolved or not.
3. If the issue persists, report the issue at Help > Report an Issue.
4. You can also post the issue to Microsoft Remote desktop UserVoice .
