How can I get passed this Azure Loading screen?

I tried all the things that the documentation told me to do here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/troubleshoot-sign-in-issue
but nothing is working. I am using a free-tier Azure account, and the last thing I did was delete a resource group before it signed me out automatically.
Could anyone help out with this issue? I want to be able to upgrade my subscription soon.

2021-07-19T07:32:03.353+00:00 So, I can't even upload an attachment, I'm getting "No such upload" when I try, so I'm sorry I can't provide you with a screenshot.
(getting net::ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR when I click upload).But, basically, it will give me the Azure logo and the spinner for loading for a good 30 or so minutes. I checked the console, and it gives me:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 ()
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()etc.
I tried erasing all browser history, opening it up from incognito (in Chrome, and in Edge), but nothing. I just tried to open it up with my phone, and it let me in, but I'm not going to use Azure on my phone.
What could be the issue? -

We recommend that you use the most up-to-date browser that's compatible with your operating system.
In most cases, running windows updates and a system reboot helps. If problem persist, create a support request for further investigation.
