Dev Essentials datacamp free subscription benefit missing

Hello!

I have recently created a Visual Studio Dev Essentials account in order to access the Datacamp 2 month free subscription benefit. Unfortunately, when I access the benefits tab and navigate to the professional support tab, I can not see the subscription anywhere. How can I fix this issue?
