Hi there,
looking for some insight into a task that has been assigned to me. We have two Exchange 2013 servers. I've been asked to move the both VM to another site. If anyone has gone through this process, do you have any suggestions or tips
Off the top of my head
Shutdown VMs
Export both to External drive
Import both to HyperV and assign new IP
Add the new site DNS
Change the Public IP in MX f
Questions
Do I have do change anything to ensure exchange working? The new IP that will be assigned is bound to new site in AD.
Anything I've missed in the steps brainstormed above?

It should work for you.
Please also make sure AD replication is working fine between the domain controllers.

Ensure the new IPs are allowed outbound and inbound access through the firewall and are Nat-ed correctly to any external IP for your Exchange server for client access on port 443 ( other than the mx)
Otherwise, your plan should work.
