How do I allow a user to log into my app with their Microsoft account to save game data in their profile?

I would like to store game settings and progress in their Microsoft account profile so they can use it across devices, but I'm unsure of where to start. Can someone point me to a tutorial that will guide me in this process? Also, do I have to pay in order to store game data in the user's profile?

It describes how to add the Xbox Live SDK to your project and then configure it to allow the user to sign in.

@Abraham Luna That’s right. You indeed could use Xbox live system to meet your request. Besides, the Xbox Live feature is free to use, you could add it to your game app, such as Identity, Cloud Storage..

So do you know if I have to pay to store the user's game data like progress on Xbox servers?

@Abraham Luna Cloud Storage is free Xbox Live feature, its Connected Storage could save and load gameplay data and other state data across devices.
