When you Click "Try it" Button it will actually asking you to connect to your Azure Account.
Your Azure account is the one which will be having subscription and inside subscriptions only you will be creating resources.
In your case, you are trying to test Azure API, which is related to Azure data factory. Hence, It is asking you to connect to your Azure account and there by choose your data factory to which you want to make API call.
Once you Sign in to your Azure account this is how it looks. you can fill some required details there and run API.
