I can't install any PC games via Xbox Game Pass (but can install Xbox Games like Gears&Forza)

I've tried EVERY. SINGLE. SOLUTION. from Google+Youtube

DO NOT copy&paste information from Google or a Youtube video like I didn't already try that.

I want a real solution, so, I can play games today.. didn't just buy a PC so I can type regedits and cmd prompts all day.

But for Xbox issue, I suggest that we'd better post it to Xbox forum. It is right place you will get more help about xbox issue. They will be more professional on your issue. Xbox forum address below:

Meanwhile, I found some information in Xbox website may be helpful to you. 0x80070422 could be related to Windows Update.

We could try to delete C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution and catroot2 then restarting Windows Update service.
As far as I know, if Microsoft Store app doesn't work, we could open Powershell in admin mode and paste the following command to reinstall the default apps on Windows 10.
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

this works for Xbox Market install errors, also dont worry about clearing the whole file. Windows overwrites the files so just delete "within permission's" ( = cannot not delete because of system file [ skip all ] after first click of continue anyway). don't get suckered into the web fixes that are not from the Windows of Microsoft teams directly
(saw a lot of them, some pay to, fix some viral. Be smart and try it this way first if you can't find a nerd to follow these instructions in your stead).
