SCCM - Unable to fetch Bitlocker information for some machines

Frenz,

I have around 20K PC's in my infra, I can see the Bitlocker information for most of the PC's. But some PC hardware inventory don't even have the Bitlocker Tab, only Bitlocker Policy tab is there. Can you someone help to understand this behaviour. Thanks.

Thanks for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

I checked in my environment and found that there is the same situation as you.
Then I checked how these machines are different and found that the hard disk of the devices that only have Bitlocker Policy tab did not meet the system requirements for Bitlocker, so even if Bitlocker Policy was deployed, it could only receive but not enable Bitlocker.

So it is recommended to check whether the devices that only display bitlocker policy meet all the requirements for BitLocker.
