Azure Virtual Machines without network Access

Hi guys I have 2 virtual machines with windows 2019 server on my suscription attached to the same Security Group, Even though I have disabled the rules that block the outputs, they still do not connect to the internet or any other services

I cant fing a reason or anything else to do

    In order the security group take effect it needs to be assigned to the network interface of each vm or subnet.

    If it already assigned to the VMs network interface, verify if you dont have other network security group assigned at subnet level blocking internet outbound.
