Unable to view neither the certificate nor the transcript in my Learning dashboard

Hi Team,
I have completed AZ-900 on 15-July-2021 through Certiport, however while opening Microsoft Learning dashboard to get the Transcript ID, I am unable to view neither the certificate nor the transcript in my Learning dashboard. I have created the profile in Microsoft learning with the same email id which I had registered for AZ900 in Certiport.
My particulars:

Certiport Certification ID: 991806455
