I had Bit locker... Now its gone. How to reinstall

I had win 7 with Bitlocker installed as we are a Custome motorcycle design and Custom Build Company. No I have gone on to Install and use win 10 on my ompany Laptop it has disappeared... I need the security and privacy to keep our designs Private and safe, as we work from home.

    According to your description, you upgrade Win7 to Win10 then can’t see BitLocker feature.
    Please note: only Windows 10 Pro, Enterprise and Education editions have BitLocker feature, if you are using Windows 10 Home editions, this edition doesn’t have BitLocker, you need to upgrade it.
