Custom Dictionary problem running Publisher 98 on Windows 7 PC

I installed Pub98 on a new PC running Windows7 Pro 64 bit. It installed OK and runs fine except for one problem. Every time a doc is opened an error message pops up saying "Unable to load Custom Dictionary...spellcheck will proceed with the default directory". Is there a way to get rid of this message every time ? The file custom.dic cannot be found on the new PC nor can the folder Prog Files/Common Files/Microsoft/Shared/Proof where that file was stored in the XP OS.

I could not find any other reports. I am not sure anyone here knows about publisher 98.

I believe I've found a solution.  Do a search on your C: for custom.dic - copy this file and put it in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\PROOF.  Even though I installed Publisher and told it to store it not in the (x86) folder, it still put stuff there which is where things are getting confused.
