Search bar doesn't work in Windows 10

Question

The search bar in Windows 10 shows incomplete results. This happened to me 4 days ago. A reset fixed it, but again it's displaying the same behavior.
The troubleshooting thing just displays that 'Windows Search is not working', tries to 'fix' it, and says it's fixed, but in reality it's NOT.
I also tried chkdsk /r and sfc /scannow, they didn't work.

Firstly, ty to create another admin account to check search bar, maybe your current user profile has broken.
If another account has the same issue, use a clean Windows 10 ISO file to in-place upgrade, which can fix system files and components related issue. Windows 10 ISO file can be downloaded from media creation tool.
