Error creating Sensitivity Label

Hi,

I have encountered this error creating a new AIP sensitivity label in Office 365. Does anyone know what this means? Users are all assigned an M365 E5 IPMG license.

"The label action 'ProtectionLevel' is invalid, 'Protection level is not supported because the tenant is not E5 or the flight is off'."

Hi,

I have encountered this same error, our microsoft partner has opened a support call with Microsoft for this, so far no solution from Microsoft has been received.
Our users are all assigned an M365 E5 IPMG license.

Was a solution to this ever discovered? We have the identical issue with E5 IPMG licenses assigned (everything else is E3).
Support has been long "looking into it" with no success so far.

I am also confronted with this error message. In my case it happens only when trying to create a sensitivity label and I select an authentication context to apply to sites. Authentication context ist still a preview feature however I hope to get some feedback - just opened a ticket with support.
