How to add an existing certificate to my profile

Hello,
Years ago I have passed the "Volume Licensing Specialist, Small and Medium Organization" exam and I have received a certificate for this. Unfortunately I don't remember which e-mail account I used for this exam and I afraid I deleted that e-mail and account. All I have is the mentioned certificate in a PDF format. Is it possible to add the certificate to my current account?

P.S. The PDF file is greater than 3.1 Mb. I also tried to attach the screenshot (1.3 Mb) of the file but received an error.
