Schedule to AZ-303 in Pearson VUE but failed to account login

Dear Expert Team,

Today I have planned to Schedule AZ-303 (Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) on Pearson VUE from online registration at Home. I have passed everything to fill up related of information in detail but it's stuck the issue to fill up the Visa Card.
I put the Visa card number like "4550,8534,xxxx,xxxx " or 4550 8534 xxxx xxxx but it's failed.
After I tried with 3 or more times, my VUE account is logged and i cannot continue to register the exam.116711-pearson-vue-issue.jpg
