I have microsoft visual studio Enterprise subscription with SQL Server Licence.
I wanted to create Azure SQL Managed Instance but I am not able to understand the check box stating:
"I confirm that I have a SQL Server License with Software Assurance to apply this Azure Hybrid Benefit for SQL Server."

How do I check if I am eligible for this Azure Hybrid Benefit?116677-azure-hybrid-benefit.png

Hi @Batta Kanaka Durga (bdurga) , welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

As per the article, The Azure Hybrid Benefit for SQL Server is available to customers with either of the following.

    • SQL Server Enterprise Core with Software Assurance or qualifying subscription licenses
    • SQL Server Standard Core with Software Assurance or qualifying subscription licenses

You can check the licensing by going through below article:

Ways to Check Which Version or Edition of SQL Server is Running

Further you can use the Azure Hybrid Benefit calculator to calculate the benefits based on above mentioned Enterprise or Standard license as show in below screenshot:

I would also suggest you to go through below article and select SQL Server tabs to learn more about Azure Hybrid Benefits with SQL Server:

Please let me know if this helps or else we can discuss further.
