Where do I change the email for verification?

Yesterday I was trying to access something with my Microsoft account, when it asked me to go to another email account to read the security code it was sending to me so I could proceed. The email account it showed me was an old email account I gave when I first set up my Microsoft account years ago. It was with an ISP I am no longer with. Since I'm no longer with that ISP, the email is useless.

Today I logged into my Microsoft account and tried to change it, but am not sure where in the many pages of my Microsoft account, I change the secondary email address it should send messages to, for verification. How do I change that secondary email?
