Azure AD User locked

Hi! We have azuer ad tenant and on-prem ad. One of accounts every time locked in the Azure AD. If i view logs in on-prem ad i see next event

This's account use for send notification to our customers and he use on the unix-system

Are there any additional logs in the event log that you can share?

Potential solutions:

The user can try logging in and entering a password using the different domain formats (user@keyman .com and MicrosoftAccount\user@keyman .com)

Please also verify that the user account that you use to join domain is valid in the domain. Also, please also verify that the password you input is correct.
