I can't retrieve a copy of my MCP Cert. I have looked in the dashboard and there is nothing listed there.
Please advise

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)

    Please check if there is any other certification exam in relation to your passed exam which also needs to clear. As sometimes you need to clear all related exams to get the certification.

    Below are the steps to follow to download your transcript:

    -Sign in to the Microsoft Certification Dashboard.

    -On the next page, please click on “Share and Download” under the “Transcript”

    -Please click “PDF” on top of the transcript.

    -Click on “Save” and your transcript will be downloaded.

    If you have passed any exam combinations mentioned above and your certificate is still not showing on your profile, please provide all the information to the microsoft team in order to assist you.
