So I recently got hacked (at least its a 50=50) and I needed a new microsoft account but my old one was a part of the family plan for office 365 that my mom was sharing with me. Now on this new account I'm a part of the family plan again (she sent me the connect) but I cant remove office 365 from my old account for some reason? What do I have to do to get the new account to like, what, download word and the other apps again, even though I already have it? Maybe I just dont know what the problem is. Thanks!
