Sharing IR and linkedservice/privateendpints across Multiple DataFactories

I have the following setup

100 Factories each tied to each own Git Repos to keep development team/code/access isolated/secure. IR will be shared across data factories.

We will use Managed Network option for IR and use private endpoints/private link to access storage account, synapse, and sql server dbs.

If i share IR across DF, can we share same private endpoints/private link as well?

Any example which show sharing of private endpints across data factories?

    Hi @KaushikKumar Patel ,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum and thanks for posting your query.

    1. When you say Managed Network option for IR , do you mean to say Azure IR with Managed Virtual Network Enabled?

If yes, then I don't think you can share the Azure IR in managed VNET with multiple data factories. Azure IR is fully managed and serverless compute. Only SHIR can be shared

    1. If i share IR across DF, can we share same private endpoints/private link as well?

No, it's not possible. Because private endpoints is created in managed VNET and the managed VNET is created per factory.

Hope this clarifies. Do let us know if you have further query.
