How to get my windows 10 back from server 2012 r2 core where i can oy see command prompt

I can only see command prompt when I turn on my windows also if close the command prompt I can see the blank screen instead of desktop

Kind of vague but if you replaced the windows 10 OS with 2012 R2 core and want to go back to windows 10 then boot from the install media, recreate partition, continue with windows 10 installation. You can create the installation media here (if needed)

If you want to get Windows 10 back, the simplest method is reinstalling by a Windows 10 installation media, or download/copy a Windows 10 iso into computer, mount it and run setup.exe from command prompt.
