It’s suggested to check the edge server by the following aspects:
- Check if there is any related error message about Lync events under event viewer.
- Check if there is any port conflicts, the following image shows the ports used by Edge server:
- Check if all the certificates have been assigned properly with right Subject Name and SANs.
- Check the service account on edge service is running normally.
