Is there any way I can recover all my accounts in Ms Authenticator app, I reset my phone and I forgot my backup codes for the Ms Authenticator app. I thought all my accounts were saved in my email. Without all these accounts in the Ms Authenticator app I can't log in into my Facebook and Instagram account because I didn't have their code.
